Shana was co-founder of Synexta Technologies that single-handedly grew to multi-million USD within 6 months of the revenue cycle. Shana has increased portfolio margin by

147% for $2 Billion USD division of Hartford Technology services company (HTSC), Shana saved upwards of $50 million USD by identifying high risk gap, successfully completed business transformational projects for Citi Bank, Bank of America, American Airlines, The Hartford, Aetna, Cigna and  Duke Medicine. 

Shana has Masters and advanced education in Biomedicine, Computer Science (University of Essex, UK), Management Finance (Harvard Business School),

Digital Transformation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

 Amjad Suleman is Executive Vice President at Saaci Capital & Advisory. Mr. Suleman is a visionary entrepreneur and global business leader with over three decades of executive experience spanning investment banking, advanced technology, data intelligence, and strategic consulting.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at world class institutions including Reuters, Citigroup, Mizuho, Wachovia Bank, Schlumberger, Atos Origin, Sema Group, and First Data Corporation, driving large scale transformation, international expansion, and high impact partnerships across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia.
Known for his ability to bridge governments, capital, and innovation, Amjad maintains deep relationships with heads of state, ruling royal families, institutional investors, and global conglomerates, enabling complex cross border ventures and strategic growth initiatives.
He currently serves on the senior advisory boards of DataSection Inc, FirstPlus, AI4Space, and OxVal the AI valuation platform spun out of Oxford University where he provides strategic direction, governance leadership, and global market access.

  Andrew is Managing Director of Saaci Capital & Advisory USA and North America.

Andrew is also Founding Partner and Managing Partner of OMV Capital Group. He specializes in financial analysis, originating and structuring equity and debt financing through internal and strategic partners.
His funding experience includes a wide array of projects from real estate, oil and gas refineries, mining and aerospace. He has lectured and taught Entrepreneurial Start-up and Management as well as
Aerospace and Technology in the US, Europe and Asia. His lectures focus on Capital Sourcing, business start-up steppingstones, post-acquisition integration into a portfolio and exit strategies. 

He is also CEO of Aeros Aviation Holdings specializing in operations, portfolio creation and component repair and manufacturing. Eros has founded, acquired or led the acquisition / development /funding of sixteen
companies with combined revenues in excess of $900mm. Most recently, Eros has led capital raise efforts totaling $1.9 Billion in debt and equity for a wide range of businesses, including real estate projects,
technology, aviation and manufacturing.

Mr. Eros is an instrument-rated commercial pilot with 4400 hours of flight time in 10 different aircraft types. He volunteers in support of several charitable organizations assisting special needs children,
including the United Way and Challenge Air.

Mr. Eros is graduate of San Jose State University, Stanford Business School – Entrepreneurial Studies and Berkley Haas Business School – Entrepreneurial Studies 

Professor Dr. Murat Kasımoğlu is a senior corporate finance advisor, board executive, and internationally recognized strategist with more than 25 years of leadership experience advising corporations, family-owned enterprises, institutional investors, and public-sector organizations on investment, strategic transformation, capital markets, and corporate growth.

He is the Co-Founder of Eternal Partners, an international strategic advisory firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital raising, governance, business transformation, and cross-border investment advisory. Throughout his career, he has participated in more than 100 strategic advisory assignments involving investment transactions, financing initiatives, corporate restructuring, growth strategy, and enterprise transformation across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

His expertise includes corporate finance, M&A advisory, debt and equity capital raising, strategic partnerships, valuation, due diligence, corporate restructuring, governance, shareholder value creation, post-merger integration, and long-term strategic planning. He works closely with boards of directors, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and investors to design and execute transformational strategies that improve competitiveness and create sustainable enterprise value.

Prof. Dr. Kasımoğlu has advised organizations operating across the energy, industrial manufacturing, infrastructure, transportation, financial services, technology, and consumer sectors. His recent advisory engagements include strategic initiatives involving Gersan Elektrik, Öztreyler, Petsan, and İzgi Holding, supporting international expansion, institutional development, capital market access, financing strategies, and long-term growth.

He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Istanbul University and is currently a faculty member at Istanbul Commerce University, an institution established by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, where he teaches Strategic Management, Corporate Strategy, and Executive Decision-Making. Between 2016 and 2021, he served as Secretary General of Istanbul Commerce University, leading institution-wide transformation programs focused on governance, organizational development, internationalization, strategic planning, digital modernization, and operational excellence.

In addition to his advisory practice, Prof. Dr. Kasımoğlu has directed numerous high-impact strategic initiatives involving government institutions, universities, chambers of commerce, development organizations, and leading private-sector companies.
