Saaci currently strategically partnered with industry experts for Corporate Finance, IPO/Reverse Mergers and currently at early stage creating incubator for FinTech, Artificial Intelligence companies with

Blockchain technology.

Shana was co-founder of Synexta Technologies that single-handedly grew to multi-million USD within 6 months of the revenue cycle. Shana has increased portfolio margin by

147% for $2 Billion USD division of Hartford Technology services company (HTSC), Shana saved upwards of $50 million USD by identifying high risk gap, successfully completed business transformational projects for Citi Bank, Bank of America, American Airlines, The Hartford, Aetna, Cigna and  Duke Medicine. 

Shana has Masters and advanced education in Biomedicine, Computer Science (University of Essex, UK), Management Finance (Harvard Business School),

Digital Transformation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

 Amjad Suleman is Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Saaci Capital & Advisory. Mr. Suleman is a visionary entrepreneur and global business leader with over three decades of executive experience spanning investment banking, advanced technology, data intelligence, and strategic consulting.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at world class institutions including Reuters, Citigroup, Mizuho, Wachovia Bank, Schlumberger, Atos Origin, Sema Group, and First Data Corporation, driving large scale transformation, international expansion, and high impact partnerships across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia.
Known for his ability to bridge governments, capital, and innovation, Amjad maintains deep relationships with heads of state, ruling royal families, institutional investors, and global conglomerates, enabling complex cross border ventures and strategic growth initiatives.
He currently serves on the senior advisory boards of DataSection Inc, FirstPlus, AI4Space, and OxVal the AI valuation platform spun out of Oxford University where he provides strategic direction, governance leadership, and global market access.
Amjad is widely respected for his integrity driven leadership, long term vision, and ability to scale ideas into global platforms, making him a trusted partner to founders, investors, and institutions alike.   Andrew is Managing Director of Saaci Capital & Advisory USA and North America.

Andrew is also Founding Partner and Managing Partner of OMV Capital Group. He specializes in financial analysis, originating and structuring equity and debt financing through internal and strategic partners.
His funding experience includes a wide array of projects from real estate, oil and gas refineries, mining and aerospace. He has lectured and taught Entrepreneurial Start-up and Management as well as
Aerospace and Technology in the US, Europe and Asia. His lectures focus on Capital Sourcing, business start-up steppingstones, post-acquisition integration into a portfolio and exit strategies. 

He is also CEO of Aeros Aviation Holdings specializing in operations, portfolio creation and component repair and manufacturing. Eros has founded, acquired or led the acquisition / development /funding of sixteen
companies with combined revenues in excess of $900mm. Most recently, Eros has led capital raise efforts totaling $1.9 Billion in debt and equity for a wide range of businesses, including real estate projects,
technology, aviation and manufacturing.

Mr. Eros is an instrument-rated commercial pilot with 4400 hours of flight time in 10 different aircraft types. He volunteers in support of several charitable organizations assisting special needs children,
including the United Way and Challenge Air.

Mr. Eros is graduate of San Jose State University, Stanford Business School – Entrepreneurial Studies and Berkley Haas Business School – Entrepreneurial Studies
